The Tsuruta/Armenti Wedding

Yoshiko Tsuruta Marries Dean Armenti
May 20, 2001

Ahhh, the now famous Armenti Wedding, you want details? I have details.

The then Groom / now Husband, Mr. Dean Armenti has given me exclusive permission to spread the word on the festivities.

The intimate ceremony attended by family and close friends was held at a private residence in the quiet hill-side setting of the La Canada mountains. This all took place on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, the 20th of May to be exact. Mr. Jim Hartman served as both Host and Wedding Coordinator, while Dino's brother Damian gave the bride away and stood by as the Best Man. During the ceremony the guest were thanked for their attendance and support, vows were then exchanged by both the Bride and Groom, a finally a blessing was given by the Minister. The group led by Dino's brother then toasted the newly married couple and proceeded to celebrate into the night. At the end of the evening, Dino and his lovely wife left on their journey to the beautiful Pasadena Ritz Carlton.

My participation you ask? I performed the ceremony as a newly ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church (ULC). This is no joke, my credentials are 100% legal and recognized by both the county of Los Angeles and the state of California. As a Minister of the ULC, I can legally officiate over weddings, baptismal, blessings, and other duties normally performed by members of the clergy. My credentials are acknowledged and usually accepted all over the world. How does one (like myself) become ordained in the ULC? Well let me say that the process is somewhat extensive and may not be for just anyone. If someone is interested in joining the faith, I would suggest that they contact a member of the church to meet and go through some counseling (I am available for a nominal fee).
